These Terms of Service govern your use of jewelshill.com and purchases made from Jewelshill. Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. About Jewelshill

Jewelshill is an online jewelry store operated by Worldwide Apparel Group LLC.

References in these Terms to “Jewelshill,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Worldwide Apparel Group LLC when acting as the operator and seller through jewelshill.com.

• the order appears fraudulent or unauthorized;
• there is an obvious pricing or website error;
• delivery cannot reasonably be completed to the supplied address; or
• fulfilling the order would violate applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and the merchandise has not been shipped, the applicable amount will be refunded.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Jewelshill currently uses the following standard delivery framework for United States orders:

• Processing: 1–3 business days;
• Transit after dispatch: 6–12 business days;
• Estimated total: 7–15 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. However, we will not knowingly advertise shipment timing without a reasonable basis for the stated estimate.

If we determine that merchandise cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we will handle the delay, cancellation and any required refund in accordance with applicable law.

8. Delivery Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please check your delivery information before submitting an order.

If you identify an error after ordering, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may attempt to update the shipping information before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment or shipment has progressed.

This address is not a customer return address. Products should not be returned to this location unless Jewelshill expressly confirms otherwise.

10. Returns and Refunds

Jewelshill offers a voluntary 30-calendar-day return period for eligible products, measured from the date the order is received.

Eligibility conditions, return shipping responsibility, the return destination and refund handling are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are separate from claims involving products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes and special offers may be subject to additional terms communicated with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases or combined where the promotion expressly provides otherwise.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where it contains an obvious error, has expired, is being misused, or where withdrawal is otherwise permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability that cannot legally be waived because of the nature of the conduct or harm involved.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, violation of another person's rights, or fraudulent activity attributable to you.

This provision does not require a consumer to indemnify Jewelshill for losses caused by Jewelshill's own unlawful conduct or obligations that cannot legally be shifted to a consumer.

22. No Waiver

A delay or failure by Jewelshill to enforce a provision of these Terms in one instance does not automatically waive the right to enforce that provision in another instance.

These Terms, together with the policies and information expressly incorporated into the purchase process, form the applicable agreement between you and Jewelshill regarding use of the website and purchases, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
